Project Summary: Tempel Group committed to environmental sustainability projects, participates in the outdoor lighting project in a condominium in Paracas, a tourist area of the country, together with one of the most important real estate companies in the region. The project consists of 48 lighting poles with LED technology and renewable energy. Tempel Group Peru, has been chosen for the supply and assembly and installation of LED lighting equipment with solar energy by the hand of our partner Ledvance.
Green housing is becoming more and more desirable in the Peruvian market, which is why the Regional Government of Ica is betting on sustainable housing projects for the conservation of natural resources, which through the use of clean energies and environmentally friendly materials improve the quality of life of people and their environment.
Under this first, one of the real estate companies in the area has executed a private condominium project based on sustainable development located in the Paracas Beaches, taking into account the basic characteristics of green housing such as the installation of low consumption faucets, use of LED lamps in common areas as well as in private spacesThe use of environmentally friendly materials, reuse of wastewater and the use of environmentally friendly materials.
Tempel Group Peru committed to environmental sustainability projects, has had the pleasure of participating in this project with its partner Ledvance supplying and assembling and installing solar-powered LED lighting equipment in the outdoor areas of the condominium. The project consists of 48 poles of lighting with LED technology and Renewable Energies. Each lighting pole has a Ledvance brand lighting equipment and 11,100 lumens of daylight color.
According to the economic report of the Peruvian Chamber of Construction, it is estimated that companies dedicated to the construction of sustainable buildings will have a growth of more than 10% next year, which shows a growing and very promising market.
