Transcend's MTS560T DRAM-less M.2 industrial SSD features Transcend's 6Gb/s SATA III interface and next-generation 3D NAND technology, which enables 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be stacked vertically. Compared with 96-layer 3D NAND, this advance in density greatly improves storage efficiency. The MTS560T can operate in an extended temperature range of -20 °C to 75 °C. Its space-saving M.2 form factor is ideal for space-constrained devices. It is fully tested internally to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications, and has an endurance rating of 3K program/erase cycles.
